First time blogger...

I never considered keeping a blog or thought I could do it. I thought about it only in the past few weeks as I read through the various blogs I've found online since my friend Lizzie sent an email about the blog she'd started. I often have random thoughts and search the internet for random things so why not channel those sightings into one specific place?

Today I was looking for a graduation gift for my friend, after two grueling years she has finally finished nursing school...how excited is she...VERY!!!!!! I'm excited for her as well. I am an avid reader of Real Simple magazine...I love it. It's the only magazine I religiously subscribe to. In the latest issue they mentioned a site called Uncommon Goods. I had never heard of it and I thought it sounded like the perfect place to find a gift. I certainly did. I like unique things and I found a print that I think fits my friend perfectly!
